Dr. Tyler Peterschmidt

Dr. Tyler Peterschmidt has been serving patients in the Eugene area since 2014. He moved to Eugene after completing his dental degree at Oregon Health Sciences University, School of Dentistry in 2014. While a lifelong Oregonian, he has come to call Eugene home and looks forward to building long-term relationships with his patients and the community. He is very passionate about providing quality dental care while creating a warm and welcoming environment. Understanding that the dentist-patient relationship is built upon trust, Dr Tyler Peterschmidt strives to give each patient the time and individual care they deserve. 

As the dental field has advanced through the years, Dr Tyler has pursued to stay up-to-date on the newest technologies and treatments that will benefit the patients he cares for. He has spent many hours pursuing high level training and developing skills in the arenas of dental implants, Cerec same-day crowns, & the use of lasers, just to name a few. He in an active member of the Lane County Dental Society, while also being a member of the Oregon Academy of General Dentistry and a regular attendee at the Spear Institute. 

Dr. Tyler participates in a variety of activities and hobbies to keep him occupied outside the office. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Carly and their beloved golden retrievers Murphy & Riley. They enjoy exploring Oregon’s beauty and also enjoy traveling to new places across the globe. One unique detail, Dr Tyler is an avid landscape photographer. When you visit the office, you will see many of his photographs from around Oregon hanging on the wall. He really enjoys sharing the beauty that Oregon has to offer and bringing it into the dental office. Dr. Tyler is also an avid sports fan. When he's not cheering on his favorite teams, you may find him running the basketball court or soccer field. You may even run into him on the ski slopes during the winter months.
